Day Camp July 17- 22 at United Lutheran Church

Wear Love!
(Colossians 3:12-14)
This summer, campers will explore what it means to “put on” love as part of their identity as God’s beloved children. Through Bible stories, worship, and activities they’ll practice Christlike virtues – Kindness, Humbleness, Calmness, Steadfastness, and Forgiveness discovering how love sustains us, weaves us together, and shapes our witness in the world.
What is Day Camp with Camp Onomia?

Day Camp is an extension of Camp Onomia’s ministry, where together we create a week of fun, faith, and friendship. Camp Onomia’s enthusiastic summer staff partners with church leaders to both serve as role models, guide, and companions on the journey of faith with your youth.

What happens at Day Camp?
Day Camp combines the excitement of camp with the heart of church ministry. Each day, campers experience:
  • Bible study & Worship
  • Indoor & outdoor games
  • Music & crafts
  • Story time
  • And additional activities as planned!

Who Can Attend?
Community Day Camp is for Students who just completed Kindergarten - 5th grade* in the 2025-26 School Year.
*6th graders may be either campers or helpers; contact Marcy to have a conversation about your camper's maturity level and interest. An adult will be in charge of the youth volunteers in coordination with the Onomia staff.

How Much Does It Cost?
NOTHING!
United Lutheran Church is funding this opportunity so that all children can enjoy this experience! If you feel called to be extra generous, supporting the program with groups snacks or other supplies, or providing hospitality for the camp staff is welcome. Gifts to support the ongoing ministry of United are also welcome.

Please be sure to register and invite your friends!
