"Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths." Psalm 25:4
Traditional Service: On the first and third Sundays of the month we gather to sing hymns and worship the Lord in traditional Lutheran fashion with liturgy from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship book, organ music and communion at the communion rail. Many long-time churchgoers would feel very comfortable with this familiar format as would those who like structure and consistency in their worship experience.
Praise Service: On the second and fourth Sundays of the month we gather to praise the Lord with a whole new kind of sound. With keyboard and occasional guitar our praise team "Inner Fire" leads the upbeat music that makes this informal service very joyous and energetic. The casual atmosphere and an abbreviated communion service makes this a popular service for young people, new Christians and those still seeking a better understanding of the role spirituality plays in our lives.
Healing Service: Whenever there's a fifth Sunday in a month, we offer a Service of Healing. Peace and tranquility are emphasized, scripture and sermon explore Christ's healing power in our lives--not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. During communion distribution, those seeking prayers of healing are invited to the rail for laying-on-of-hands and prayers.
